Two ways to work together.

Depending on whether the idea needs building, or the team needs steering.

Pure PO

For teams that can already build, but need direction.

You have a team, or you're about to. What's missing is someone to decide what to build, in what order, and why. I take ownership of the product direction. I research the problem and the people who live it, define what matters, and keep the team moving in the same direction.

What you get

  • Research and definition of what to build and why it matters
  • A prioritised backlog and a roadmap the team can act on
  • Day-to-day coordination and alignment, decisions and a steady rhythm
  • Prototypes of specific features when something is easier to show than to explain, so the team gets it first time
  • Agile as the working method, not as a buzzword

PO + Functional Prototype

For when the idea is still just an idea.

You don't have a team yet, and committing to one before seeing the idea work is a risk. Here I don't just decide what to build. I build it. I turn the idea into a working prototype with AI, so you can see it, test it, and decide with evidence instead of a hunch.

What you get

  • Research first, understanding who the product is for and what they really need
  • A working prototype, built with AI, where I decide what goes in and why, not just what the AI suggests
  • Testing with real users, ones you bring
  • A solid base to take to development if you decide to move forward

And if you do move forward, I can step in as your PO once the team is in place.

What I don't do

A few things I deliberately leave to others. Knowing where my work ends is part of doing it well.

  • Brand and visual design. I shape what the product does and how it flows, not how the brand looks. For that, you'll want a professional designer, though I'll guide them on the product's value and what matters.

  • Production code. I build working prototypes on real infrastructure to validate and decide. What I don't do is get the product ready to scale, with advanced security, performance for thousands of users and long-term maintenance. That's the development team's job, and I can lead them as PO.

  • Marketing, growth and SEO. I get the product right. Bringing users to it is a different craft, and I'd rather point you to someone who does it well than pretend I do.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell me about your project and I'll tell you straight, even if the answer is that I'm not the right fit.
