First I understand people.
Then I build.

A Product Owner who goes beyond the backlog

Turning ideas into products you can touch and test with real users.

I do the research, decide what to build and shape it into a functional prototype.

What I do

  • Understanding people

Who will use the product and what they really need. It is the foundation of the whole process.

  • AI-assisted functional prototyping

I turn what they need into something you can touch and test with real users. I also prototype single features to show the team what to build. AI speeds things up, but the judgment is always mine.

  • Tech & UX translator

Curiosity led me to learn enough tech and enough UX, to ask good questions, lean on the team, and make the right calls when I build alone.

  • Team alignment

What we build, why, and where we're heading. And above all I look after the team, because a team that enjoys the work builds better.

Two ways to work together.

Depending on whether the idea needs building, or the team needs steering.

Pure POPO + Functional Prototype

From people to the product

I start with people and I finish with them. In between I build a real prototype, with its database and its server, because that is the only way to test it with real users and measure whether it works.

  1. 01

    Understand

I research the sector and run interviews to properly understand the user we are building for.

  2. 02

    Define and break down

I turn that understanding into a clear direction, and break it into pieces the team can actually build.

  3. 03

    Prototype

I build working prototypes with AI to make ideas tangible and testable fast.

  4. 04

    Iterate, test & adjust

We test, learn and adjust together, keeping everyone aligned as the product takes shape.

  5. 05

    Deliver

A product that works, grounded in real evidence and ready to grow.
