How I managed the project
- 01
Backlog built from the founders' idea.
- 02
Stack and data model, starting with the tokens.
- 03
Built in sprints with Claude Code.
- 04
Review with the founders at the end of every sprint.
- 05
Deploy and handover of the infrastructure.
The problem
Having someone experienced to guide you depends a lot on where you were born and who you know, and not everyone gets the opportunity of that kind of mentoring. On the other side there are plenty of executives, senior profiles and retired professionals who want to give back what they learned, with no organised way to do it. Helping Bright wants to connect them across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia.
How I did it
I turned the founders' ideas into a product backlog and built the platform with Claude Code in sprints. At the end of each sprint I met them to check that what I had built matched their values and their idea, and to propose the next blocks. I decided all the logic behind the tokens (the platform's symbolic currency), the bookings and the data the admin panel collects.

Result
A bilingual platform in production, already being tested with real users and shown to sponsors in several countries. Helping Bright also has a collaboration agreement with Rey Juan Carlos University. Usage will be measured in depth after the launch, planned for December 2026.
